Just spent 5 days at The Villa and all we can say is WOW! Mr. Tanner has outdone himself with this property and all it has to offer. While it is only minutes from Zion National Park, you will find it hard to leave the property despite what the rest of Utah has to offer. Spacious floor plan, high end furnishing, fully equipped kitchen, the list goes on. The outdoor spaces were hours of fun!

What a wonderful house! We have stayed in many houses in Ponderosa Ranch And this one was the best by far. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need and more. The new deck was our favorite part of the entire stay. Watching the stars at night was simply breathtaking. There are so many fun activities to do for the kids and for us. The house was immaculately clean and the owner Glen could not have been more accommodating. We are already talking about renting the house again next year.

Absolutely beautiful house in a stunning location! The house was spacious with so many fun areas to hang out, relax, and soak in the beautiful views. It was the perfect place for our small wedding - with a ceremony arch built in overlooking a canyon and plenty of room for dinner and dancing.
